Osprey Resources, Inc. is an oil, gas and energy company whose primary focus is the acquisition of oil, gas, mineral and royalty rights and properties around the country. We buy producing, non-producing, leased and unleased interests wherever located. Osprey will also consider making offers on surface rights of real estate properties as long as all or part of the mineral rights are included in the sale. Though not our primary focus, Osprey will consider making offers for overriding royalty and non-operated working interests. We will make offers on individual interests but we prefer making offers on packages of properties. We have actively pursued this strategy since 1990.
